  This community is extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to addressing complaints. Many staff seem more focused on titles than taking action, and the leasing management team is the last place you want to bring any concerns. Devin, the leasing agent, has a poor attitude, and unfortunately, I don’t recall the other young lady’s name. The property itself is far from luxurious, it smells of dog waste in multiple areas, and maintenance of the grounds seems neglected. The management’s primary concern appears to be collecting rent rather than ensuring resident satisfaction. Since my grandmother moved in, there have been two different leasing managers, and it’s clear they struggle to retain staff or consider renters’ needs. Overall, the apartments are old, poorly maintained, and not a welcoming environment. I would strongly advise against moving here, as it feels like your money and comfort are not valued.

  So excited to be moving into my new home. Devyn Smith listened carefully to what mattered most to me and found the unit I quickly fell in love with. Even when we experienced a hiccup she remained calm, transparent and immediately provided a solution. Excited to call this place home

  Our maintenance person, Ayanna, was pleasant, curteous, and efficiently completed the replacement of the faucet to our sink. She came back and replaced our kitchen lighting as well. Excellent work. Pleasant , cordial worker. Thank you Cascade O. Apts.
