- DKDonna KOct 28, 20175.0Quietest place I have ever lived. This mid-rise building is solid concrete and brick. I hear very little of my neighbors. The grounds are kept neat, tidy and attractive. The office staff are friendly and responsive. Maintenance is respectful and get the job done with no fuss whatsoever. The porters do a good job keeping the building interiors tidy. The building lobby is definitely shabby and outdated but I hear they are due for an upgrade soon - good! I don't have granite and stainless steel but I don't want those if they come with a tiny apartment with paper thin walls. I have what is important to me here. A huge apartment with lots of closet space, at a good price, with modern fixtures, in a neighborhood that is pleasant, safe, and clean, with management staff who treat me with dignity and respect - and a smile.
