The worst apartments and the absolute worst managers you could ever imagine. Filth filth filth.

Living at the Elms for a year has been a delightful experience. The walk-in closets are massive, and both the exterior and interior of the buildings are meticulously maintained.
The maintenance team is always on-point and quick to respond. Having worked in security at various apartment complexes, I can attest to the efficiency and effective management at the Elms. In particular, Marci is commendable for her outstanding performance. Her ability to handle complex issues has had a positive impact on my stay here. For instance, her proactive approach in addressing a plumbing issue by hiring specialized plumbers to conduct a 'peppermint test' to detect a gas leak not only solved the problem but did so swiftly.
I also had an issue with the persistent smell of marijuana emanating into my unit, which Marci quickly resolved.
The only negative point I have about this place is the gym. The equipment looks like it's from the 70s, and there's no restroom or locker room available, not to mention the absence of a power rack. It could definitely benefit from a refresh.

To be honest, the only reason my husband and I moved out of the 615 was because we bought a house. We loved living here--the staff were very responsive and accommodating to our questions and concerns, the grounds were very well taken care of (minus a constant battle with dog poop on some grassy areas, but that's not their problem so much as it's a few residents' inability to pick up after their pets), I never had a problem finding a parking spot, the sponsored events were legitimately fun (and they had great taste in wine!), and my neighbors were friendly. I think the longest we waited for a maintenance issue to be resolved for two days, which wasn't too bad considering our problems were usually non-urgent. We lived on the third floor in a two bedroom solarium plan and had a ton of space to work with. We did occasionally hear our neighbors (to the side and above), but that's a hazard that comes with living in an apartment. When my husband and I commuted into DC, we loved the accessibility to the MARC train, and when we ended up working in Howard County, 32 was close by as well. In the end, I have no complaints about my time at the 615!
We lived at The 615 for 2.5 years. The management/maintenance teams became like family to us in that they cared for us and our needs so well. They were always extremely nice and easy to talk to. The apartments and facilities are kept clean and maintained with top of the line appliances.
It is very convenient to all the highways (97, 32, 175, 3, etc) to get to shopping, Baltimore, DC, Annapolis, Fort Meade or anywhere else in the area. There is also a Metro station nearby that makes it extremely easy to get to DC.
