  Horrible Unprofessional Maintenance is horrible Communication horrible I have been here 9 days literally just moved in and maintenance has not completed anything I HATE IT……!

  Don’t move here management is a joke Listen to the bad reviews it’s real management does a poor job and on top of that can’t keep a good maintenance team. They don’t actually fix things they just paint over the bad and call it New Nothing New about Renew.

  Haven’t even moved in yet bc they changed my date and didn’t tell us until we WENT INTO THE OFFICE despite my many attempts to have open communication. And now limiting my time and availability on my new move in date. I already can’t wait to leave this awful complex. If I could give 0 stars. I would. They want their money though. Laughable

  This place is a joke. Management brought in a front loader 3 DAYS after the most recent storm. Snow was not removed, instead it was piled up 2 feet tall in front of every parking space to clear a 6ft wide path down the middle of the road making the problem worse. Now everyone is having to dig out of a 2ft high, rock solid wall of ice to get in/out of their parking space just to shovel it rite back into the road. Management is nowhere to be found as of the office has been closed since the first snowflake. Residents have had to hire trucks with plows after returning home from work to find the 1 parking spot designated to each apartment has been barricaded off by a 2ft tall wall of ice. Us as residents are required to hold up our end of the lease, so who is going to hold them responsible for holding up their end? Specifically keeping the parking lot clear, accessible, and safe? It's been 4days since the storm ended and the stairs and sidewalks haven't been cleared.. not even salted! I hope to gather all residents effected by the lack of responsibility by the property management for a class action lawsuit of some sort. Those who have been injured by falls due to the icey entryway stairs and sidewalks, those who have lost money not being able to get to work due to being barricaded into their parking space by the incompetent "snow removal" person/company hired by property management, and those who have had to pay out of pocket to have the actions of the "snow removal" person/company reversed need to be compensated
