The new maintenance Mgr Mike and Marvin came today to address a few requests and they are amazingly helpful, fast, courteous, and have a very caring attitude about addressing tenant requests promptly and thoroughly!! This 5* REVIEW was first inspired by the Leasing Mgr Daisy, who is INCREDIBLY KIND, RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and GENUINELY CARES about her tennants! I also had the pleasure of briefly meeting the Regional Mgr Marie, who has a very pleasant and caring demeaner, and a very people-person. Though renting here in Odenton, MD cost a lot more than renting in central NJ where I'm from (as parking, heat, hot water, gas, trash, sewer are included in the rent) - it is a nice Apt complex, in a good location. But it was PRIMARILY because of Daisy and Marie's very kind, caring demeaner why I decided to move here 2 mths ago! And I just can't say enough about how incredibly caring and genuine the Mgr Daisy is - she is ALSOLUTELY in the right profession of customer care! She's an absolutely great person and a great asset to ReNew Odenton! Thank you again Daisy, Mike and Marvin for all you've done to make me feel WELCOMED and VALUED in my new home here at ReNew Odenton!! I'm really looking forward to enjoying life here until I retire in 5 yrs God willing!🙏 And I'm also looking forward to enjoying the pool here this Summer!!☀️ Thank you each again for helping to make this such a pleasant and stress-free living experience🙏

- MDMelanie DelgadoOct 23, 20251.0I give 0 stars to the most inept management/leasing office for Re New Odenton apartments that I have ever dealt with. Some new people are nice to talk to, but they don't even know what they are doing. Especially the one they have as manager. They have not solved any of my issues, they don't even respond to questions sent by email. I called several times to solve an issue Since July with the rental insurance that I asked the property management to add the one they provide, but they did not know how to do that and my apartment was uninsured for 2 months and a half, because did not know hot to get it fixed. It wasn't until October 16 that was added and they want to charge it completely, when I told them it should be prorated because when I paid the full rent amount on October 1, 2025 the rental insurance expense was not there yet, and until October 16. This place (leasing office/management office) Is a shame, and is ridiculous. Also, the apartments are super old. Usually they only have one maintenance person working, and even management has changed a couple of times, it has not been helpful at all. How do they think that is reasonable to have one person or maybe two for maintenances for all of those super old buildings that are falling apart. I have to admit that Marvin the maintenance person is amazing, and very responsible. The gas bill is shared between everyone in the same building. So if you barely use the gas but your neighbors do, the bill is going to come for over $120 all the time! Management does not know how to manage apartments, this is not just about generating leases and charging people for rent. Management also includes the responsibilities of Handling tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints: Responding promptly and professionally to everything from maintenance requests to disputes with other tenants. Resolving tenant conflicts and enforcing community policies: Maintaining a harmonious living environment for all residents. But it looks like they have to be trained in their responsibilities. Don't bother leaving a message that you appreciate it my feedback because is all crap and hypocrite message that solves nothing, just keep being as inept as you guys have been, because of this management I will not renew my lease, can't wait to leave this place!
