  My experience with NVHomes has been exceptional from start to finish. The sales team (Justin Schnurr & Phil Park), finance team (Greg Domico), project manager (Tony Ball), and warranty team (Drew Hock) have consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care throughout the entire process - from the initial sales conversations, through the build, to settlement and even post settlement support. At every stage, they took the time to guide me, answer questions thoroughly, and address any concerns with urgency and clarity. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Building a home can be overwhelming, but NVHomes made the journey smooth, transparent, and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for the level of service and partnership they provided and highly recommend this team to anyone considering a new build.

  This was our second time going through a new home construction process, and by far the best experience we’ve had!! Heidi in sales was outstanding—quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful from day one. Zach in project management was equally impressive, with great attention to detail, frequent check-ins, and consistently professional communication. We moved across the country during the build, and the PhotoCircle updates were such a thoughtful touch—they truly increased our anticipation and made us feel connected every step of the way. The entire process was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommend!

  Me and my family are very happy living in the Two Rivers community, we just moved in the beginning of 2026 and in the process of settling in the home. When ever we experience any issues with the new build as expected, the project management team has always responded in very timely fashion. Drew Hock and Jayson Cyrus from the warranty management team and Phil Park from the sales management team have been extremely responsive and helpful with any issues that may arise. I highly recommend checking out the Two Rivers community in Odenton Maryland if you looking for a new home.

  We recently moved to the neighborhood - as with any new home, there are issues that arise but the entire team of people we have worked with (Tony Ball and Drew Hock specifically) have been phenomenal in addressing our concerns. Everyone has been extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Tony held our hand during the entire building process - always keeping us in the loop and helping us understand what was going on. Drew stepped in after we moved and has been amazing with any concerns or questions we have had. So far, great experience.

  Building our new home ,our forever home with NV Homes has great. The team made the process smooth and transparent. A huge thank you to our Project Manager, Zach Morris, who was absolutely amazing. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality went above and beyond. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything was done right,you can truly tell he takes pride in his work. We also want to recognize Heidi Cox, our sales representative, who was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt confident and supported throughout the process.
