  The application process was so easy and Valencia was a huge help in getting everything done and ready for move in. This location is beautiful and comes with quite a few amenities. I am looking forward to my living experience here. Thank you again to Valencia for all her help!

  I had a tour yesterday with Ms. Valencia and wanted to say out of the 7 apartment tours I received in the area yesterday, Ms. Valencia was by far the warmest, most knowledgeable agent I met. If she is a respresentation of other employees of the property and their hiring standard I would imagine this would be a great place to live.

  Me and my sister just moved in. But the whole experience has been great. Marla has been great help along the way. She has answered every question we’ve had and has made this moving experience the best. Any issues we’ve had she had gotten them resolved quickly. She is the best.

  I lived here for a year and this was by far the best place I have called home. The only reason i moved was because my roommate and I ended our lease. The place was always clean, leasing office always remembered you by name. They had really great amenities like the gym, pool, coffee bar with snacks, it's very walkable and the lounging area along with the courtyard outside are just so beautiful to experience. Maintenance was always right on the requests and we never had to wait long for something to be fixed. I had a small community of people here and always felt safe going to and from my car when I would come home late. I never felt dismissed from any concern or question I had and it’s so appreciated. I also really enjoyed the vendors that would come throughout the week. This is a super great place to call home!

  One of the best appartments I have ever stayed at. This location is always clean, and we'll maintained, the location is still in great condition and doesn't smell old. Special shout-out to David and Marla for their help with the application process.
