    Marla is the single best apartment manager you will ever come across. She has answered promptly to every email or request I have sent, and is the sweetest person to talk to. She continues to improve the Baldwin apartments and should be praised for it!

    Marla is a joy to work with and makes the Baldwin apartments a better place to live! Recently added - a convenience store with snacks and meds to avoid late night grocery store runs. Highly recommend this complex!!

    I have been a resident of this community for nearly three years, and the past few months have been the most disruptive and disappointing during my time here. While I understand that transitions in management can come with an adjustment period, the current experience has gone well beyond typical growing pains. This property has always had a strong sense of community. In the past, there were regular resident events—typically one to two each month—that encouraged engagement and fostered positive relationships among neighbors. Recently, however, those events have ceased. Longstanding traditions, such as the annual Easter egg hunt, were canceled, and resident-led activities like the book club no longer appear to be supported. The atmosphere in shared spaces, particularly the lobby, has noticeably declined and feels unwelcoming. In addition, I have observed limited to no visibility and engagement from the current property manager. Interactions with residents appear inconsistent, and there is a noticeable lack of approachability compared to prior management. There have also been several concerning interactions. For example, when I inquired about the policy regarding staff entering my apartment without notice, I did not receive a clear answer and felt the response was dismissive. She also directed a leasing agent to inform both myself and other residents that all concerns should be brought exclusively to her. However, when I later asked for clarification, she contradicted this instruction and stated it only applied to issues involving staff. At the time, I had not raised any concerns about staff, which made the guidance unclear and inconsistent. There have been instances where communication and professionalism fell short of expectations, including being kicked out her office during a discussion and a lack of proper notification for events held in shared spaces, such as the clubhouse. Overall, I do not feel that the current property manager aligns with the established culture of this community or adequately supports resident engagement and satisfaction. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that steps are taken to restore the sense of community and professionalism that previously made this property an enjoyable place to live.

    Marla was very nice and the community is beautiful she walk me through today again for a last look at the apartment I chose and made me feel very comfortable and even was willing to change my apartment for a bigger space but once I look at the space I realized it was a perfect fit for my furniture just had to adjust my vision. Thanks again Roberto Stewart

    The application process was so easy and Valencia was a huge help in getting everything done and ready for move in. This location is beautiful and comes with quite a few amenities. I am looking forward to my living experience here. Thank you again to Valencia for all her help!
