The Parke Ocean Pines MD I can’t say enough about Ranyah, Gloria and Christina. They are diligent, capable , knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. Every time I needed info or help, they responded quickly. They are cheerful and show interest in residents.They go the extra mile. In addition, they add a bit of fun, I.e. a costumed themed volunteer awards lunch for residents for which they made all the food; they run fun little contests during the year; holidays they add spirit with various costumes.
We at The Parke are extremely lucky to have these three woman as members of our family

I am a permanent,full time resident of The Gateway Grand (GG) in Ocean City, MD. I have frequent contact with Michele Nadeau, our General Manager. She and her staff are highly professional, extremely friendly, accommodating and reasonable, No matter how big or small the request, Michele is on top of it, I have the utmost confidence in her management capability. We would be at a great loss without her. I hope our board of directors know how lucky we are to have her at the GG.

After several years living here year round at the Gateway Grand having retired as Executive Director/CEO of a trade association, I feel compelled to provide a huge thank you to Michele Nadeau as General Manager at the Gateway Grand. This huge responsibility in a 200+ unit luxury building is not for the faint of heart but Michele exudes confidence, professionalism and exceptional detail always with a friendly smile. As owners we couldn't be more pleased to have her manage our unique property.
Legum and Norman’s staff provide above-average service to our community. I’ve worked closely with Martin Kemp, Tara Finerty, and Michael Bennett for more than two years, and their support has been consistently strong. Martin keeps projects moving, offers thoughtful insight, and maintains a positive, solution-oriented approach. Tara and Michael truly stand out for their depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and follow-through. They are extremely organized, responsive, and professional, and they handle complex issues with clarity and consistency. Their ability to anticipate needs, stay ahead of deadlines, and communicate clearly has been invaluable in keeping our community running smoothly.
The Legumes & Norman staff at The Parke community are a highly professional group. Ranyah (manager), Gloria and Christina are meticulous with communication, keeping all patrons aware of functions, pending services and business matters/meetings, including changes that may arise. Further, they are responsive to concerns presented by patrons, displaying a sincere appreciation of the matter, as well as the desire to resolve as quickly as possible. I personally believe that the well being of all Parke patrons is in good hands. To the staff; Thank you for all you do!
