  I am tenant at this facility and I love it here. Great neighbors, extremely quiet. Great place for all types that want to live In peace and comfort also a great leasing office and maintenance crew

  I’ve had a great experience living at Southfield Apartments! The staff is always friendly and responsive, and maintenance is super quick and reliable whenever something comes up. It’s a well-managed community and a great place to call home!

  Today I truly began to believe that good people still exist. I have been searching for my HOME and stumbled upon disappointment after disappointment. I had previously applied to Southfield but due to life changes was unable to take the apartment. Nearly 2 years later and after seeing several other properties, I came back to Southfield. Brenda greeted me with a wonderful smile and instantly I felt at ease. She asked me what i was looking for and for once, i felt heard! She didn’t try to push a bigger unit or that unit nobody wants because of location.. she listened and offered me what i wanted. I did a walk through but wasn’t convinced… I didn’t have “the feels”. She offered for me to return on the weekend to see another unit. I believe she saw my disappointment and she asked if I could possibly return the next day, she was going to try to have the unit ready. Between Brenda and facilities, today, I was able to see MY HOME! I was nearly in tears! I sat in the office and she patiently walked me through applying and after weeks, I can say that I will finally be able to walk into my place! Brenda is a rockstar!!

  I recently had the chance to tour Southfield Apartments, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, Brenda made the entire experience welcoming and enjoyable. She was absolutely amazing so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of my questions. Brenda took the time to show me everything, including the gym, the pool, and several different apartment layouts so I could really get a feel for the space. It was clear she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. After the tour, I felt confident in my decision and have already filled out my application. I’m so excited about the possibility of moving in and becoming part of the community. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for your next home!

  As someone who works in property management, this office not answering the phone is a huge red flag. I’ve called well over 10 times in the last hour and no one has answered! Ridiculous
