  I’m a new tenant and I really enjoyed my time with Randolph. He’s punctual and he has excellent customer service. He made my move in really smooth. I’d recommend everyone to the hall field apartments.

  Whoever works in this leasing office is certainly incompetent. I scheduled a tour and was sent MULTIPLE texts and email confirmations from Stephanie, just to get the tour and no one EVER answered the door. No one answered the phone, no one answered my emails.. nothing. A complete waste of time.

  I have had a pretty good experience here, I have had no issues with safety or neighbors. It’s pretty quiet. Definitely convenient when it comes to shops around and problems get fixed pretty quickly. It is a bit pricer compared to other places in the area, which is the only downside but other than that I would recommend if you can afford it. Edit: So I am notching the review down because I walked into my apartment and found that my toilet has been flooding my neighbors closet which they knocked on my door twice about. First time not finding anything wrong…. Its always nice to come home to that as a woman alone with no forewarning that men are going to be in your apartment. And on top of this they put my plunger in my BATHTUB, ew. I will say maintenance did come in and fix it, but highly unprofessional. Edit 2: i’ve been having a lot of structural issues with my bathroom as right above my shower keeps falling out of place multiple times within the unit, so I definitely look to the structural integrity of the unit. Also, I have been having slight issues with disruptive neighbors as well. After maintenance came back they left the mess on my toilet
