  Nairobi and Aziza are absolutely wonderful. As a person with many questions, they are patient and extremely knowledgeable. The two of them went above and beyond in capturing everything on the virtual tour, and even more so when I came in person, to become more informed and actually see the property. This is probably the best property we have seen out of 10! We look forward to hearing back from them.

  I have been a resident of Southfield apartments for 5 years and I just recently renewed my lease for another year and I can say that this is one of the best apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff is very professional and friendly. The maintenance staff is amazing and makes sure they always get the job done. Highly recommended to anyone looking.

  I just moved into Southfield Apartments and it’s been such a wonderful experience so far! From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Making the whole move in progress smooth and stress free. They answered all my questions and kept great communication. It already feels like home!

  I've had such a great experience living at Southfield Apartments in Perry Hall! The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team and maintenance staff are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents any requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. This community will always have one piece of my heart
