I scheduled a tour and was sent MULTIPLE texts and email confirmations from Stephanie, just to get the tour and no one EVER answered the door. No one answered the phone, no one answered my emails.. nothing. A complete waste of time.

The person I spoke to on the phone informed me that she knows the people who look at their recordings, so she's not worried about how she treats people. I put in an application, then called to inquire. She told me it wasn't available because of an application on it. It was my application. The incompetence is astounding
