  Stephanie has been awesome. She has been helping me settle comfortably ever since I moved in. When ever I have questions about issues in the apartment or even personal stuff, Stephanie has always be willing to help. Because of Stephanie, my settling down in the apartment has been easy and smooth. Please help me thank her for all the help she has been giving me since I moved in.

  I have been so impressed with the staff at The Elms, especially Cierra Ervin who has interacted with us since we first visited the complex. She is the reason we determined to select this as our living option. Cierra is the epitome of a knowledgeable and caring professional who was so helpful that we have determined that she represents the ideal model of customer service. There is not an aspect of the complex that she and the staff are not cognizant of and attentive to. Additionally, how unusual is it for a resident to simply visit Cierra and the staff because they are a delight-respectful, humorous, and always planning another activity for the residents. This management team is unparalleled—it is not just a job for them, but their mission is to create an atmosphere of unity, caring, safety, and togetherness. Thank you Cierra for all that you do for all

  I've had a great experience with this place until today. I move in 2/10/2023 and I have not done a walk-through. I called and asked to do a walk-through and were told that was fine. I am at the leasing office and no one is here. I've been calling since 9am until 2pm and no one is answering. The website says its opened but no one is in the office. This is extremely frustrating as I do not live in Maryland. I drove here today to do the walk-through before I moved in and thos was a complete waste of time.

  The staff at The Elms at Old Mill is simply amazing! The office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! The maintenance team responds very quickly to service request in which they always do such a great job! I would highly recommend The Elms at Old Mill!

  Staff at the leasing office are phenomenal, kind, and selfless (shoutout Donneice the lifesaver!!). Support staff (maintenance) is literally next day service, pay attention to detail, and are helpful in preventative maintenance as well. Property mgt obviously cares with the constant renovations and features (dog park, tree removal, towing enforcement of parking, etc). My sole complaint would be that I wish there was an addition of security cameras like some apartment complexes have, or even like a property government to get feedback from the community regularly would be a good idea.
