  I’ve been a resident of the Elms at Old Mill for several years. The staff from maintenance to the leasing office are always friendly and responsive. They go out of their way to show appreciation to the residents by offering freebies (breakfast, pizza, Valentine’s Day treats). Some units are renovated and others are not. However, they have been updating older apartments once tenants move out. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend these apartments.

  Great place to live! It’s quiet, plenty of parking, office employees and maintenance employees are wonderful! Really enjoy calling this place “home.”

  We have been here for about 2 months and love it here so far. Everyone is very nice and the maintenance team has been great even though it was very small things they were here within 2 hours of the maintenance request. Parking can be a little far from your unit if you get off later but not unbearable. So far so good though!
