- JVJessica VOLLMERFeb 27, 20251.0I would not recommend living here. I lived here for almost two years, and I would never go back. The the apartments are outdated and have mold. My child was targeted, If a child yelled from the other side of the park, I would receive rude and unprofessional messages from staff stating that my daughter is not allowed to have friends over. (There was a group of Kids that would Knock on people door and run away) Even If we weren't home, we were Harassed. I had to Install cameras becasue there Maintenance guy would be in my apartment without notifying me. I caught him in my room one camera. When addressed he said changing Filter. (filter in living room) If you were 15 days late on rent Vanessa would file eviction paper work, and hang it on the apartment complex door. Not even My door. Vanessa went out of her way to make me and my daughter feel unwanted. I cant help to think its Race generated. When I moved out, I learned that Vanessa went out of her way to keep my daughter and me homeless. She contacted one apartment and falsely claimed I had high traffic in my unit, which stemmed from her unfounded accusations about my child. This place has significantly affected my life. I’m relieved to have finally moved out and into a professional apartment complex. While the staff here seems nice, they tend to share personal information about residents with others in the complex.

The grounds are always in great shape and the building common areas are always cleaned weekly. We love living here and appreciate management’s attention to any issues that arise. We couldn’t recommend this place more for a short term or long term stay!!
