- MFMegan FinnenJul 13, 20251.0If I could give them a -3 I would. I have lived here for over 3 years, we had put in that we are moving and selling our trailer. A month after they send us an "eviction" notice because we had a moving trailer there over night. I understand you can't park them there however it was to move our stuff. They harasse and batter residents because they have nothing better to do but let others slide by. As well as the sky high lot rent that goes to nothing in the park. Very disappointed and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Of course no matter where you go you have your average problems that do accur. The staff here are nothing but wonderful. Tameka, annie, lisa and ashley where always helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problems. I would definitely recommend this place a peaceful community and great neighbors. I can sleep peacefully at night.
