- MCMerry ChristmasMar 27, 20182.0Ground rent is HIGH. it goes up 2x a year. You don't get nothing for it either. They have a gym and a tot lot and a dog park, as they call it. If you don't live close to the dog park you have to put your dog in a car and drive to it. And if you don't have any children the Tot Lot is useless. So what are you getting to live there? Just a place to put your trailer on and pay water, Gas and Electric, and a very high ground rent. This company owns another place in Florida and the ground rent is $90 a month. Greedy
