- DMDavid MichaelMar 23, 20262.0The team is friendly and responsive, however I cannot in good faith recommend this property manager. The team failed to verify that our tenant opened an account with all required utilities, even though they were listed on our rental agreement. This resulted in numerous erroneous bills charged to us (much of which couldn’t be recouped) and much of our own time dedicated to rectifying these issues. It was readily apparent that Real PM did not provide the tenant with a full list of utilities, nor did they follow up with the tenant to confirm utility accounts had been created per the terms of our lease agreement. Ultimately, it was frustrating to pay property manager fees while having to consistently cover down for the property manager.
