She always responds to any issues we've got with the property quickly and professionally. She even responded and got someone out on a weekend early in the morning because of an emergency. She follows up to ask relevant questions regarding the issue, and gets vendors out quickly to make repairs. She always sends us updates on the status of any repairs and lets us know what the next steps are. Then she makes sure to always ask us how the vendors performed to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We feel valued as tenants because she ensures we're comfortable in the property we rent. Thank you Gretchel and RPM Gold for all you do!
