  Don’t move. 1. Rat and roach infested. 2. Laundry is shared and on basement. Vandalism makes them unusable and complex don’t help much or get involved 3. Full of people who steal cars, smoke pot in basements and steal Amazon packages left on your door. No cameras in whole facility. 4. If you have loud noisy neighbors, apartment won’t do anything to help

  I've lived here on the property for almost 5 years and I've enjoyed my experience. Beatrice, the property mgr. Is a very nice person as well as a great PM. She worked with me on the rent during covid 19 in 2020 and always held true to her promises .I also thought alot of Kevin, the maintenance man , he was prompt despite being the only guy on site at times . I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet clean place to call home .

  A peaceful apartment complex I have had the pleasure of having Ms.Beatriz as my Leasing Agent. Her professionalism and caring demeanor made the process a breeze. I'm grateful to Ms.Beatrice and even more greatful to call Laurel manor home I couldn't be happier than the way everything worked out.

  Just moved in about 2 weeks ago. Ms. Beatriz is the BEST!!!!!!! She made the move in process a breeze for me .Everything is going great so far, quite neighborhood.
