Yes, the restricted breeds are: American Staffordshire Terrier (a.k.a. Pit Bull), Canario (a.k.a. Presa Canario), Great Dane, Huskies (including American, Eskimo, Greenland and Siberian), Malamute (a.k.a. Alaskan Malamute), Wolf Dog Hybrid, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd and Mixed Breed (any dog with the above breeds as part of the mix). Service dogs are exempt regardless of breed.

Our apartments are not furnished, but we partner with CORT Rental furniture to assist with rental furniture needs.
