recently had the pleasure of purchasing my home from Pulte Homes, and I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly responsive and attentive, guiding me through every step of the building and buying process. The quality of construction and attention to detail truly set Pulte apart from other builders. I was especially impressed with the design options available, allowing me to personalize my home to fit my style perfectly. The construction manager, Ryan, was a standout, providing exceptional support and communication throughout the entire process. He made sure everything went smoothly and addressed any questions I had promptly. I couldn't be happier with my new home and highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to build or buy. Thank you, Pulte, for making my dream a reality!

My family and I are extremely disappointed with our experience regarding the flooring in our new Pulte home. The flooring installed does not match what was showcased and represented in the model home at the time of purchase. The model home played a major role in our decision, and we relied on Pulte’s presentation and guidance throughout the selection process. It is unreasonable to expect buyers to rely solely on a small 12x12 sample board when the model home displays a completely different product. We were verbally reassured that the flooring in the model would be the same or the closest match available. Instead, what we received looks noticeably different, and does not reflect what influenced our buying decision. When we raised this concern, we were told that nothing would be done because the sample board we selected was documented in the design paperwork. While we understand the importance of documentation, this response dismisses the significance of what was visually shown and verbally confirmed during the sales and design stages. As homeowners, we trusted Pulte’s representation, and we feel that trust was not honored. We are saddened by the lack of accountability and disappointed in how our concern was handled. We hope Pulte reviews how model homes, discontinued materials, and customer expectations are communicated so future buyers do not experience the same issue.

I have been in my home for just over a year and had my 1 year inspection. There were too much work that need to be done after a year. I had a 5 bedroom house that did not have that level of work needed after a year. They put sod in the yard that like patchwork that was discussed qith them prior to close. My garage has crack in the floor and each week they grow and open. The care representative is not there when people come into your home to work on itwms and the home owner need to tell these people what to do because they are not sure. They shipped repair materials to my home without informing me and then have me store it apparently until they have time to come and do the work. This type of wxperience in unacceptable for the money spent by buy these homes. The representative act like the home owner is asking for too much for a 500.000 dollar townhome. Currently we are on week number 7 of repair work and they are not complete. So 7 weeks of having people in and out of you home. The photo is just the ceiling in the dining room.Pulte is not what I heard they were from other people and it appears that we made a mistake by buying here.

I’m reviewing PulteGroup on behalf of their mortgage company, Pulte Mortgage. The builder, PulteGroup was great and my house is fantastic. However, Pulte Mortgage is the mortgage company you will be forced to use if you use their seller incentive. For me, that incentive was $10,000 towards closing costs. I was greedy and chose to finance my mortgage through them despite having better interest rate offers through local banks. The primary issue with Pulte Mortgage and a reason enough to stay away from PulteGroup, is incompetence, unethical practices, and lack of communication. I’ll speak to one of these - the ethics. The loan consultant acts very similar to a car dealer when speaking to him about your rate, downpayment required, points, or anything else. My consultant, Todd Williams, negotiated the interest rate and withheld information about my qualifications despite when I asked for them on multiple occasions. In other words, he was the opposite of transparent and I never could get him to tell the truth. Even as I closed on my home within the last 24 hours, he reduced the loan processing fees instead of reducing the downpayment like I asked for. In a nutshell, he’s a shady employee and I don’t know if other employees there are as well. Since when was a loan consultant and the underwriters of a mortgage company allowed to raise and lower fees to “close” a deal? This is a not a car. Lol. This a house selling for over $450,000. These shady practices are exactly what contributed to the financial crises in 2007-09. I’m deeply disturbed by Pulte Mortgage’s lending practices as well as the inefficient bureaucracy which barely allows for communication between the borrower and lender, let alone between the employees of the company. If you choose to buy a Pulte home, please do. The quality of the home and professionalism of others was fantastic, but do not finance through their bank and contribute to their unethical and illegal lending practices.
