I have taken buyers to tour the Pulte models, and the Craftmark model homes. Each time I’ve been impressed by the square footage, design, and features that these new builds have to offer. While my buyers ultimately chose to go in a different direction due to their own life circumstances, I would not hesitate to represent more new construction homebuyers as Pulte and Lennar are currently selling in Watershed at the time of this writing.
