Initially, I seemed very satisfied with the quality of units at this community and Ashley Skinner was helpful and very communicative with me. She even helped me take advantage of the preferred employee benefit for military which I was not aware of. However, between paying the holding fees and getting approved for the apartment, she maintained very poor communication with me and when she did respond; it would be at 4:59 every time, right before they closed so if I had a question, it wouldn’t be seen until the next day. We played phone tag for the entire day and her colleague kept saying she would call me back and she didn’t. It wasn’t until I said that I was gonna pull my application that she got me some information. Mind you, I had to move on a time crunch and they did not make it feasible to move on my move-in date. The day before my initial move in date, I didn’t even receive the lease and they pushed it to a different date because of maintenance issues.
Overall, my experience was very disappointing with this apartment complex. I can confidently say now that I would not have been able to move in without facing an abundance of uncertainty.
Unprofessional, Lazy, and Entitled
I'm going to professes this by saying we have not even moved into to this place at this point but the attitude and Unprofessionalism of the leasing office is astounding we mostly will not. We have applied to three separate apartments and every time there's has been an issue. Most recently they have told us that we cannot go forward with our application because ONE of us does not make tripple the rent but if you call and ask the AI chat bot (don't even get me started on that) it CLEARLY states it's our incomes combined, and we know we make enough together.
Our leasing agent Ashley, as been nothing but unhelpful, leaving our emails unanswered for DAYS and finally answering at 4:59 when they close at 5, than waiting more days to respond again. MULTIPLE TIMES. And it's never about something small either more like "You have 24 hours to fill out all this paper work that we never gave you in the first place or you lose the appartment." Than they don't open it in time and we lose the place. They have the attitudes of people who are working at a McDonald's NOT leasing agents who could cause people to be homeless because they're too lazy to reply to an email or have an actual human being on the phone. If we are having this much trouble applying to a place that's a no from us, can't even imagine what the poor tenants who are live here going through.
My partner and I applied for an apartment and were approved in October for a December move-in. We were told the lease would be sent closer to the move-in date. As December approached, we went to the leasing office three different times to ask when we would receive it. Each time, we were told it would be sent within a day or two, but it never was. At one point I told not to worry and that the delay was because the leasing manager was busy and we were not the only tenants scheduled for the same move in date.
Five days before our scheduled move-in, my partner went into the office and spoke directly with the leasing manager because we still had not received the lease and needed time to review the terms. Without a lease, we could not confidently schedule a moving truck or arrange help, since we didn’t even know if we would receive the keys on the agreed-upon date. During that conversation, the leasing manager said she could not guarantee our move-in date because anything could happen, such as a pipe bursting or other maintenance issues. This was especially concerning since we were being asked to set up utilities and renters insurance without having received or signed a lease.
After going back and forth, we finally received the lease about ten minutes after my partner left the office. The leasing manager also told my partner that we could pick up the keys the morning of our scheduled move in date.
The morning of actual move in day, we received an email stating the apartment would not be ready until 4:00 p.m. and that they would waive the $200 one-time amenity fee. After multiple visits to the office and ongoing communication issues—before we had even signed a lease—we decided not to move forward. If this many problems occurred upfront, it raised serious concerns about what living there and dealing with management would be like long-term.
We have rented for years and have never experienced a situation where we had to repeatedly ask for a lease to be sent after being approved. We have since found another apartment and received a lease within two days of being approved for a January move-in.
I know negative reviews aren’t always accurate, but based on our experience, they are absolutely valid. I would not recommend The Seasons to anyone.

⭐ 1 Star – Do Not Move Here
We moved into The Seasons Apartments less than a month ago, and it has been a nightmare from day one.
Immediately after move-in, we discovered a roach infestation, which was never disclosed during the leasing process. Shortly after, the washer stopped working. A maintenance request was submitted nearly a month ago, and to this day no one has come to fix or replace it, leaving us unable to wash our clothes for weeks.
The situation worsened when our kitchen sink became severely clogged. Although maintenance visited, the issue was not resolved. The maintenance technician informed us that there is an ongoing, building-wide plumbing problem and that contractors are involved. This is a serious issue that should have been disclosed before we signed the lease, but it was not.
There is a clear lack of transparency, urgency, and accountability from management. Multiple unresolved maintenance issues, combined with undisclosed building problems, make this apartment unlivable.
I strongly advise prospective tenants to think twice and ask very specific questions before leasing here. Based on our experience, management does not disclose known issues upfront and is extremely slow to address critical problems.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY!
While I enjoyed my year+ stay in this community, what has occurred after my moving out has completely ruined my experience with the Seasons Apartments. After moving out in July 2025, I received my final account statement that had inappropriate charges on it. I immediately called to discuss these charges and was IGNORED by members of their management team, Kenneth and the then property manager, Saybah. After months of trying to get in touch with them, I received a collections notice in the mail. My phone calls continued to be ignored and when I was finally able to get communication back from an email thread that a leasing office worker started, I was spoken to so unprofessionally that it was shocking. I had no choice but to DRIVE 3 HOURS back to the state of maryland to have a face-to-face conversation with Saybah. She was kind enough to remove the inappropriate charges and rescind my collections notice (after telling me she and Kenneth purposely ignored my calls to stick it to upper management), however three weeks later my credit took a huge hit from a collections notice from the Seasons Apartments. It is now December and I am STILL trying to get upper management to remove the collections notice.
This entire thing could have been avoided had Kenneth answered my phone calls in the first place. He is beyond unprofessional and I would be shocked if he has a job there much longer.
The ONLY saving grace this team has is Christina Hall. She is wonderful.
