We purchased a home at this community because of the amenities that NV initially advertised and promised. We had have been living here for two years and still ZERO amenities have been built. We pay $156/Monthly in HOA fees and quite frankly, the HOA is USELESS and unhelpful. NV Homes is a SCAM and should stop advertising this community as a “luxury” community.
