  Love these apartments, my family lives out there and the area is beautiful. The staff are amazing, the maintenance team Mr. Branden and others was phenomenal and welcoming. Thank you guys for a great experience.

  I just moved in January it is now March. The staff has been nothing but amazing! Communication and transparency are top tier while still exhibiting professionalism! Ms. Tina and Mr. Elvin ,both leasing professionals, have made this transition into Concord simple and easy. The apartment was ready at move in black finishing vaulted ceilings his and her sinks in each bathroom the kitchen is to die for, the living room with the fire place!!!! Just an overall chefs kiss experience!!!! My partner and I plan to stay here for at least 3 to 5 years before we get a house and wouldn’t choose anywhere else to live before that time!

  I would like to take a moment to recognize an exceptional leasing consultant, Elvin W., at Concord Park Apartments. From my experience and even from simply observing his interactions with others, Elevin consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of his role. He is incredibly helpful, patient, and respectful to everyone he encounters. No matter how busy the office may be, he maintains a calm, professional demeanor and ensures that each person feels heard and valued. His knowledge of the property, the leasing process, and his ability to clearly communicate information truly set him apart. Elvin effectively runs the front end of the leasing office with a level of professionalism and resourcefulness that is rare to find. He represents the community with excellence and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. It is clear that Elvin has a natural calling for this work. His continued professionalism, knowledge, and dedication will undoubtedly elevate him to the next stage in his career. He is exactly the type of individual you want to retain on your team and invest in. I highly recommend that he be considered for additional training and development opportunities, as he has strong potential for growth into a management role. Additionally, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire management team at Concord Park Apartments, especially Ms. Deneen Johnson, Property Manager, and Ms. Tina Kamara, Assistant Property Manager, for an outstanding job well done. Despite any challenges that may arise, they handle everything with professionalism, grace, and a true commitment to the residents. What stands out the most is their openness and willingness to engage. They maintain a welcoming, open-door environment and are always approachable when residents visit the leasing office. Even during busy times, they make the effort to pause, listen, and assist whenever possible—and that level of care does not go unnoticed. Their dedication to maintaining the property at a high standard is evident. Concerns brought to their attention are addressed, and there is clear accountability when issues arise. It’s important to recognize that not all property-related concerns are within management’s control—many stem from resident behavior—but the team consistently does their part to respond, resolve, and uphold the community’s standards. Concord Park is truly a beautiful property with great amenities, and the management team goes the extra mile to foster a sense of community. From hosting events to encouraging positive resident engagement, they work hard to create an environment where people feel connected and valued. If you are looking for a well-maintained community with a responsive, professional, and genuinely caring management team, I highly recommend Concord Park Apartments.
