Kierra Lee was very knowledgeable about the unit and property process and answered all of our questions before even asking and knew the history of every in and out of the apartment. Very good at keeping the vibe up and letting us decide on what to do and giving us the best information available for applying and everything that we’re getting in to. Very grateful to have been able to be on a tour with Kierra, she made the process so much easier.

I recently took an apartment tour and had a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted immediately upon entering the leasing office, and the staff was attentive and welcoming throughout my visit. All of my questions were answered clearly, and the tour was swift yet very informative. Shaquana did an excellent job explaining the available units and made the entire process easy to understand. She was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the level of customer service provided.

This property here is felt like home when I walked through the door. Shaquana really showed out with the details of the property and professionalism. Y’all they even have a CarWash on site🫶🏾🫶🏾Full washer and dryer in the unit. It’s central of the county, if you’re looking for apartment that feels like home, this is the place to come.

I do not recommend Steeplechase Apartments in Largo, MD. The common areas are constantly dirty and poorly maintained. Trash is left sitting in the hallways for long periods, overflowing bags are piled near doors, and the walkways look unsanitary and neglected. This is supposed to be a shared living space, yet management allows garbage to sit out instead of enforcing proper cleanup or regular maintenance. It creates odors, attracts pests, and makes the property look run-down and unsafe. If cleanliness and basic upkeep matter to you, think twice before moving here. The conditions shown in these hallways are unacceptable for an apartment community charging rent
