  Dont move here. All of the staff is incompetent and will put you in filthy units and never fix it or keep being passive aggressive telling you to move. Theres two trash fees although the property has trash all over the place and the concierge trash doesnt pick your trash up for days. There are pest control issues. They wont do anything about noise complaints. They wont change filters, check AC’s, check smoke detectors. They dont care about customer service. You’re gonna pay a mandatory parking fee even if you dont have a car and your car will probably have no tires every other week. They dont bother reading any emails you send and dont care about resolution. You cant even get in contact with the corporate office, if need be they won’t respond either. Avoid this apartment at all costs if you want peace of mind. Let this be your last resort because they will treat you like a last resort too.

  The customer service at this apartment has been the worst I have ever experienced. Since December I have been emailing the manager to get clarification on extra charges on my account. For every 5 emails I send she MAY send back 1. She still won’t resolve the issue. At the beginning of this month $800 was put on top of my rent. They removed $590 that had been dwelling there since December and left the rest. When I asked what the extra charges were for because I had already paid my rent in full I got no response. They removed part of the fees on the 17th and filed for eviction for failure to pay rent on the 18….Nothing they do makes any sense. They are very frustrating to try to work with.

  Me and My Roomate came to Steeplechase as walk-ins was greeted with great energy by Raven and Kierra Lee took us on a wonderful Tour ! Great to have came in today . Quiet area prices are in my price range. I’ll be back I promise you that

  My experience leasing at Steeplechase has been great. Kierra and Raven made the leasing process seamless all the way leading up to move in. The neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well kept and management is very responsive. I've loved my first week here and look forward to staying!

  I am a current resident here and have been since April 2025. I am getting ready to end my lease. The stay here was pleasant. Park in a reserved spot and you might be towed lol. My friend's car was towed and then mine was towed as well and i consistently parked in a reserved spot in front of my building for about 6 months before getting towed. My biggest problem with this complex is the water. The water is NEVER HOT. This is a major problem especially for those who have kids and during the winter. On one of the coldest days in the year January 26th hot water ran out. there no hot water what so ever. For the $2300 that is being paid hot water should be a top priority. The leasing office has nice staff right now and the gym is regularly empty. No pests thankfully and maintenance response is good.
