I had a very nice experience. I was greeted by the conceirge who was very pleasant that explain who will be our guide for that day. He offered coffee and who also check in to keep us informed. Andrea was very polite and informative. She knew alot about the history of the complex. Although the apartments aren't new its very well maintained and the apartments are spacious. My tour was a nice experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the situation at this property has become unacceptable. Residents are charged a monthly parking fee, yet there is no guaranteed or clearly assigned space. Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, which would be manageable if it were properly monitored or enforced—but it isn’t. Many residents block spaces with cones, objects, or multiple vehicles to reserve spots, creating an unfair environment where others who are paying the same fee have nowhere to park. In addition, vehicles are often left parked indefinitely without being moved, further reducing the already limited availability. What is most frustrating is that management collects parking fees but provides virtually no enforcement or oversight. There is no patrol vehicle, no monitoring, and no meaningful action taken when issues are reported. This raises a very reasonable question: what exactly are residents paying for? Paying for parking should at minimum provide fair access, enforcement of rules, and some form of management presence to ensure the system works. Currently, residents are paying for a service that effectively does not exist. For residents who work long hours or return home late—sometimes with children—being forced to park blocks away while still paying a monthly parking fee is not just inconvenient, it’s unacceptable. Management needs to seriously reconsider the current system and implement assigned spaces, consistent enforcement, or some form of monitored parking so that residents actually receive the service they are paying for. Until then, the parking situation remains one of the most poorly managed aspects of this property. Please do better Jason, and every person over the management of this property. It’s sad I have to bring my frustrations to google because you all won’t provide a clear, quick and fair resolution

Shout-out to Ayeshiea at the rental office: Ayeshiea was friendly, efficient, and very helpful in answering my question about prorated rent. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the management and the quality of the residence. And the location cannot be beat!

Moving in was real nice. Everything worked and up to my standards as it should. Being so this is my first place and it’s a townhouse was what I needed, especially having 2 kids and one of them is hyperactive. So him running around and don’t have to hear nobody from below, is amazing so far 😁. And I would like to thank Ms. Andrea for helping and assisting me along the way. I am much obliged of her professionalism and active work. Thank you thank you thank you 😊
