    The property is peaceful and nice , the best experience I have here so for was dealing with the leasing agent Leah she’s very nice and actually cares she did everything to make sure that the house was ready and meet my expectations for my moving date!

    I always want to make sure that I leave compliments the same way that I leave complaints and I have to praise Kia in the rental office. Whether it’s issues with the lease, problems communicating with maintenance, or lock-outs…Kia has been a one-stop shop with the MOST patience. Thank you so much for everything Kia!!!

    I was very disappointed, we could not move in on yesterday do to a couple of issues like painting, stains on the brand new carpet, cabinets broken and off track. It was definitely a rush job. Front office & staff customer service was excellent. Just the upkeep & prepping for a new move in wasn’t a good experience.

    I want to be realistic with these comments so please read it. My family and i moved in and there were some concerns we had right off the back. The first and most important thing I want to complain about is the sight of mouse droppings in specific areas. The utility closet, under the stove and on top of the stove. The complex did attempt to patch the holes up with steel wool. The next issue is that as soon as you walk in you can smell some type of animal urine. The complex allows animals and charged fees for having them but that money isn’t used to remove the smell of those animals when the tenants move out. The patio screen door was broken and off the track the first time we walked in. Blinds were broken, the stove pilot wasn’t working. The dryer vent was broken in half, which was fixed a few days after we moved in. The tub seems to be fitted with a new lining but the foundation is poorly maintained. The carpet was changed but the apartment still had old hair and dirt around the borders. You can tell the carpet was changed and then just vacuumed quickly. The walls were painted and we had no issues so far with that. This review is made after we moved in a week ago. We will see how management responds, so far they have been responsive. We just think things should be more proactive than reactive.

    My experience with the villages was very pleasant, I flew in from Chicago to look at properties to rent because myself and my two children are relocating. Miss Barbara gave me a tour, broke down the process and was very informative! As I drove through the Property I had a very warm feeling, and I actually stopped and talked to a few of the residents and they gave me their opinions. They all were very good. I’m looking forward to starting the process to become a resident and I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a place to actually try the villages first it will save you a bunch of time! Very good customer service skills from the leasing agents. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
