  Good morning, I had a problem underneath my kitchen sink. It needed a new board under it. Joe came in my house Friday morning and did a wonderful job. When Joe was done, he wanted me to look at the job he had done and see if it was ok. I was so happy with Joe. He was friendly and let me know every step what he was doing. The job Joe did was great!! I appreciate Joe and the wonderful job he did and left no mess. If I could give Joe more than 5 stars I would. Thank you

  We're very pleased with the new staff here like Joe who just recently repaired our light fixture and also helped us with other much needed work. It's nice to have someone who' does excellent work with a smile and is kind to talk to. Thank you Joe. The rest of the staff is polite and nice also.

  Let me just say I have had some bad experiences moving into other places previously and I just want to emphasize how helpful Keirstian and Karrell were during the move in process. They have made my experience so seamless and they were very welcoming and friendly!!

  We had our heat go out on Christmas Day. Joe, one of the maintenance guys, was on site and came over to our apartment and knocked on our door and asked about the request my wife had put in. He came in and took a look at the unit. Told us what he thought was issue and that he would be back the next day to fix it. Came back the next morning removed the faulty part and replaced it so we would have a working heating unit. Kept me in the loop with what the issue was and that it was fixed. Super nice person and went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Joe! My family greatly appreciates how you helped get our hear back.

  If I could rate them zero stars I would. It took them almost 4 months to fix a broken AC in summer, stated that they gave me a AC unit for the window. Lie. because I bought it with money I didn't have at the time. We had to move everything downstairs and sleep in the living room because the upstairs was unlivable. There are rats, roaches, spiders, and all sorts of bugs and rodents running rampant in their townhomes and apartments. Then, our townhome got flooded from a storm. I mean, water was coming in from the windows and our kitchen got flooded because they don't care. There are people living in the complex with mold, and black mold in their apartments. These people are absolute slum lords. Stay far, far away from this place and these people. If you have a pet dog and you love that pet dog, stay far away. People have German Shepards, and pit bulls.... OFF LEASH constantly. I don't care if you have a dog or the type of dog, but people that live here don't put leashes on their animals and the complex literally does nothing.
