i lived here from 2023 to 2025 and i loved my apartment. it was spacious and the appliances were really nice. lots of storage and didn’t have many maintenance issues. when i did, they came right away, even with emergencies. parking is a little rough if you come home late, but usually there were spots outside my building. the trash situation sucks unless you live next to the dumpster. there is only 1 dumpster and it’s in the back of the complex. i think 90% of people drove their trash there. there’s also 1 amazon locker for a giant complex. if you live near it there’s no problem, otherwise expect to drive there to get your packages. both the trash and amazon locker are so out of the way. there’s dog poop everywhere even though there are plenty of bag stations. residents just don’t care so unfortunately there’s a maintenance guy who has to go out there and pick it all up for them. i lived on the 2nd floor of my building and there wasn’t much noise until someone moved in above me and wouldn’t stop stomping all day and all night. i emailed the leasing office 3 times and they never responded. however, i emailed the same people about moving out and they responded right away. when it came to my security deposit, they asked me to fill out a direct deposit form since i was moving out of the country. they still ended up sending a check to my new address and i emailed 3 times asking what the status was or how they sent it. again, they didn’t respond. honestly, the leasing office is pretty much useless and that’s even when it comes to important things like rent questions, lease renewals and security deposits. while i liked my apartment and the location, just know you’re pretty much on your own unless you go to the leasing office and force them to speak to you - and sometimes they’re not even there. that’s why i’m giving it 2 stars. horrible experience with them.

Update: we had a package delivered to our old address here by accident by one of our family members for Christmas and whoever now lives there stole it. I would not recommend living here. We moved here a year ago under the pretense this complex was "luxury apartments" and while yes, the inside is very nice for an apartment, however, the rest of the complex cannot claim the same. The parking is absolutely atrocious. Good luck getting a spot after 3pm. We lived right on the corner of 175 so traffic was constantly heard. Every siren, every car horn, and every car accident. The neighbors are their own category. The majority are rude and very judgemental. I didn't feel safe going outside by myself after a certain hour at night. The pool was okay, nothing to really write home about there. The gym was small, and constantly busy so couldn't really put it to use. The Amazon hub was a nice touch, however, it was kind of tedious if you didn't have time in your day to go get your package, as you'd have to walk or drive to it. Taking your trash out is tedious as well. Depending on where you are in the complex you have to drive to take your trash out. Another thing is they post a small no soliciting sign as you enter the complex, yet, we've dealt with numerous solicitors over the course of the year we lived here. You'll also want to tour before you move in and make sure you're getting the layout they promise. That's a mistake we made.

Enjoying the garden where I grow my own food. Would enjoy the pool but Covid-19 so it wasn't open this year. Apartment is light, airy, and well laid out. Walls are a bit thin for noise. Kitchen in some units is on the small side, but thought-out. Residents are courteous and helpful. Very convenient to all the major highways. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Been living here almost two years now. I stayed this long because I was too lazy to move. The place is in a nice area, community is okay. I’ve never had a major issue with any of the staffs. I think they do their best. I’m moving out because the non-elevator building (where I live) is a terrible place to be when it rains or snows. Snow gets inside the building and It also gets flooded with rain, you can slip and get hurt. They allow smoking in their non-elevator buildings. I smell cigarette coming via my vents which is unhealthy for me, my baby and my wife. I complained to management too many times till I got tired and still no resolution. I also noticed and confirmed they don’t care about retaining residents. No appreciation and no incentive to keep living there. Most of my neighbors on my floor have moved out! Management should consider ways to show appreciation to residents who’ve been loyal. Offer to repaint their wall, offer carpet cleaning... offer to do something. It doesn’t have to be big, just to show that you appreciate them. Don’t just seat there and increase rent every year, and living experience stays the same!. I pay so much money for rent but my living experience here doesn’t match up.This is the only apartment I’ve lived where they make you pay for carpet cleaning after living here for 2 years? That sounds petty. Lol. The carpet would naturally get old and dirty. Also expect to pay another extra $150 if you don’t clean the apartment up to their standard. Don’t even bother because they’d still charge you! Lol. Watch out for their Sure Deposit. Make sure you understand it so you don’t get su rprised when you’re ready to move out!
