Our company provided appliance repair service to this company in the past. We have attempted on many occasions to collect the over $2000 on 12 outstanding invoices this company owes for services rendered. They have said many times they would pay but they do not honor their obligation nor do they fulfull their responsibility to a company they hired. I highly recommend to all vendors to steer clear of doing business with this Management Company.

My review of Gateway Village after residing here for eight years.
The first year the management company was excellent, and the young lady's name that worked in the office during this time was Milyeda. I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and how the grounds and hallways were always immaculate and maintained by the nicest couple. During the eight years, the complex changed management twice, and overnight it seem to go down. The hallways were no longer immaculate and the grounds are occasionally littered with fast food wrappers to empty liquor bottles. The dumpsters can get a little rough looking on the weekends, and the smell of weed permeates through the hall and inside the unit where I resided.
I transferred to three units during my years at Gateway but the last unit was a big challenge. The biggest problem for me besides the marijuana smell from the neighbor's apartment (there were several smokers in this particular building) was structural issues that caused uneven flooring and the door was not flushed against the door frame, (pictures attached). My furniture would lean when placed against the wall so when sitting on the sofa I was leaning forward and unfortunately furniture lifts to level the sofa did not help. Also ventilation issues in the bathroom which resulted in a fan being installed that was loud and ran 24/7 that could not be turned off. Spiders and silverfish which I never had a problem with in the previous units I resided in was out of control in the last unit. Large cobwebs at the entrance of the hallway and I would find an occasional spider in the mailbox. My advice if you decide to reside here is to view the actual unit you would like to occupy, don't be caught off guard.

These apartments turned into a nightmare. We lived there for almost a full year and started having issues the last few months.Moving in we had them push back the apt model ready and then the apt itself weeks but move in itself finally went ok. Once there, seemed quiet but in June the neighbors had a lot of people living there constantly in and out and we requested a transfer. Then we saw ROAACHES!!! Immediate calls emails and messages to management with little response. They treated the entire building end of July and my lease was ending in AUG so kept asking what next steps were for a transfer. They said they had to do an inspection then we could move. That was pushed off the entire month of August until we finally just moved elsewhere. Management will not answer calls and I cannot live with pests. We literally threw everything out and started over vs risking moving and bringing a bug. Still cannot believe the chaos we dealt with despite numerous complaints- Ashley the leasing manager would not even speak to me and I had to call Pratum directly to get responses to emails.
