  This place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES! When we moved in roaches were all in the refrigerator. That was an indication of a bigger problem. But nooo said the rental office lady. It's only been 2 months and we're living a nightmare. They won't transfer us because they don't want us taking the roaches with us. We can't use our kitchen, everytime we go in the bathroom it's roaches everywhere. They don't care about our health, and how the infestation is effecting us. They only care that they put someone in an apartment. My family is traumatized living here. Reply to the owner- I'm not reaching out again. I have been in contact with Chantise since day 1 and spoke with Timmie(the regional manager) and they both told me I couldn't move until the pest issue was resolved. It's never going to be resolved. They moved us into the roaches home not the other way around. I'm not emailing, Chantise,Timmie and corporate know about the issue. You guys need to move me!

  El lugar está bonito lastima que la respuesta a las quejas no son rápidas el 4 de julio le prendieron fuego al valcon la oficina me dijo que en 8 semanas lo iban a reglar ya ban 20 semanas y todavía no hay respuesta es frustante porque la renta la pagamos mes a mes tenemos derecho que el servicio sea de calidad espero que lo areglen pronto antes que termine este año 2022.
