  Manténganse lejos de acá mejor, estos apartamentos en menos de 2 años cambiaron como 4 veces de dueños y la actual administración se pasa diciendo todo el tiempo que la administración anterior dejo mal todo y ahora ellos tienen ese cargo y bla bla bla . La atención de la señora Beatriz es pésima , el jefe de mantenimiento siempre de hace el desentendido acerca de los problemas reportados y cuando uno habla con ellos se pasa diciendo que uno vaya a la oficina personalmente para hacer presión ya que ellos son los que autorizan todo. He tenido problemas con los aire acondicionado en verano ( siempre dicen que estan esperando partes para reparacion) e invierno( no ue el Boiler esta dañado) electricidad ( se disparan a cada ratos los Breakers ) ratones, cucarachas , ventanas y ahora un techo que se esta cayendo literalmente y eso que hice mención hace mas de un mes , lo hice por medio de carta escrita y la señora Beatriz me la firmo , mande correos, llame y tambien en su aplicación que solo sirve para que ellos manden sus avisos ya que para reportar problemas de mantenimiento no sirve, ahi pasan un mes y nadie viene. Así que piensa dos veces en venirte acá

  This company is refusing to pay my business for over $10,000 of work that we completed nearly four months ago. I have followed up repeatedly with Beatriz Beltran Saul and Fredy Chinchilla at Hamilton Manor and have received nothing but delays and excuses. We fulfilled every part of our agreement — including returning to the property to re-treat a few areas when asked — yet Murn has still not released payment. At this point, we’ve had to involve legal counsel and pursue formal legal action to get paid. As a small business, this kind of treatment is costly and damaging. Before we even began the job, we showed up twice as scheduled, but no one from their team was on-site, wasting our crew’s time and costing us money in missed work. When we later returned for touch-ups, no one met us again (despite confirming a time), and we were met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior. Fredy refused to walk to the three buildings needing attention and instead told us to redo all twenty — completely unreasonable. After a 10 minute screaming match, he finally agreed to show us the areas that needed attention. The way Murn Properties and its staff handle their vendors is unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise other contractors to avoid doing business with them unless you are prepared to chase them for payment and spend legal fees collecting.

  I think your office staff and maintenance staff are great, they are personable, and I like them. I work for a property management company and some small things, could make the maintenance staff a little better. For example, when they come into a apartment to replace some tile, if they put down a tarp first, they wouldn't have to ask the tenant to use their cleaning supplies to clean up the mess. Little things like that make a difference!
