  Jonathan provided outstanding service as the concierge. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Jonathan went above and beyond by pointing out great local spots, including nearby bars, restaurants, and the art district, which really enhanced my experience in the area. His recommendations were thoughtful and made exploring the neighborhood much easier and more enjoyable. His positive attitude, knowledge of the area, and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out. Jonathan is a great asset to the team and deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides.

  Brand new apartments with good amenities and nice staff, from concierge to service and leasing office. Shared working space is nice with good internet connection and free coffee! One downside to be aware of: Google Map is not up to date and you may have a hard time with things like Uber and Doordash. This building has no accurate address. You will have to rush to front and back to find the food delivery or find your Uber. Hopefully will be resolved soon.

  I must say Ms Ivy Jackson was amazing she greeting me with a smile and was very polite. She gave me a tour and took the time to explain everything even when I asked her a million questions lol. She was very gracious and she made sure that I understood the layout of not only the apartment along with the complex itself but the surrounding area as well. I’ve recommended several others to go see her.

  The place was nice until our upstairs neighbor moved in. Playing loud music and bass all hours of the night, smoking weed, literal banging and slamming the ground in the middle of the night which all shakes and vibrates our apartment. You can smell smoke constantly in our apartment and the hallways. Front office won't do anything about it. Giving a heads up as if you get a noisy neighbor your life here could be hell. Front office says they will do things and help you, but they won't, it's all talk to safe face. They play and act nice but dont do any real action to protect you.
