My house is almost done and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jay (Project Manager). During the pre-drywall walkthrough he took me room by room explaining what needed to be fixed and what would be behind the dry wall. Every Friday I get an update with the status of where my house is and what to expect next week. If behind schedule he lets me know and includes the plan of how he’ll get back on schedule. I have had a positive experience and look forward to my Friday calls, not to mention the updated pictures.
