  GIVE MENA A RAISE! She is seriously the most pleasant and wonderful individual that I have ever had the pleasure of renting from in the leasing office. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS ensures everything is taken care of. Make sure y'all treat her right when you talk to her, cause she is an AMAZING person!

  They stole my security deposit and claimed I owed them even more. Sent me pictures of another apartment claiming it had to be repainted because I smoked inside. I don't smoke and have 2 kids. They never got back to me after I reached out multiple times with pictures I took as proof. Thieves.

  I moved in my apartment in July I have to say, my experience was amazing. Brittany Saray and Taea were really professional and very helpful. I've had the pleasure to meet the new leasing agent Stephanie and she's very helpful and polite. I just wanted to shine a light on the office staff and show my appreciation.

  I've had a blast living here. The staff are very attentive and quick to respond to any issues you have, as well as providing community events to help get to know your neighbors.   ** Updated Review: management has changed 3+ times in the past 2 years and it has gone VERY downhill. Cars ALWAYS get broken into. Police are ALWAYS in the neighborhood knocking on doors. There is so much crime in this complex, it’s uncomfortable to walk around. There have been multiple accounts of men staring into windows and peeing around the property IN DAYLIGHT. It’s impossible to get ahold of the leasing office regardless of what time of the day you called. Somehow they are never available. When trying to move out, they barely coordinated with us. They didn’t know what day we were moving out (despite formally communicating to them multiple times). We are still trying to understand the final ledger, but have failed to get responses from the leasing office. I stand by that the apartments are pretty, but ABSOLUTELY not worth dealing with the leasing office, costs, and neighborhood to live here. Couldn’t be happier to be moving away!! ——— I've lived here for the past 2 years and love it! The apartments are much bigger than surrounding options at a great price for the area. All apartments have huge windows that allow for great light and the balconies are very big. I have lived in 2 different floor plans, both with a sunroom and it makes the room feel massive. The loft is also a great feature with high ceilings and windows up top! Trash pickup from your door every Sunday-Thursday is a major bonus. Working with the front office as well as any maintenance has always been a breeze. Despite living in apartments, the community is huge with multiple playgrounds and a dog park and definitely has a neighborhood/ community feel. Also, ~10 minutes walking distance is a large community park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball stadium, walking trails, and pavilions to hang out on nice days. The location of the apartments is very convenient (walking distance to Safeway and other shops, 2 minutes to the Arundel Mills mall, and central to multiple major highways).
