  The leasing office staff is super nice, and the Dartmoor Place overall is extremely nice and clean! The surrounding area is extremely nice and there is a coffee shop just a short walk away! Move-in was super easy, and the leasing office is always a call/visit away if you need anything!

  Since new management took over a year ago, the quality of this property has declined significantly. • Management: Repeatedly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I’ve voiced concerns, I’ve often been met with hostility rather than solutions—particularly from Chantelle, who has been consistently unhelpful and flat out rude on multiple occasions. • Maintenance & Safety: Ant infestations have gone unresolved for months despite multiple requests. Cars are regularly stolen or broken into. Hallways constantly smell of marijuana, and I’ve witnessed people openly smoking in stairwells, which is unsafe for families with young children. Fire alarms also go off constantly with little to no notice or communication, disrupting residents without resolution. • Building Conditions: The handicap access button has been broken for months. For the entire summer, only one elevator functioned, located on the opposite end of the building. The HVAC system in our hallway was down for the summer as well, and when I raised this issue, management told me, “at least you have AC in your apartment,” which is not an acceptable response. This property is unsafe, poorly maintained, and managed with disregard for residents. I would strongly caution anyone against moving here.

  The property looks nice on the surface and hosts the occasional social event, but those perks don’t make up for serious issues: broken trash chutes, vehicles left on cinder blocks in a “secured” garage, SWAT called onsite, hallway HVAC down for months, ant infestations, broken elevators, and non-functioning handicap switches. Management has even entered units without the required 24-hour notice. The bigger problem is management’s dismissive attitude. When pressed, concerns are met with the hostility instead of solutions. It’s disappointing how quickly this building has declined over the past year. New building but the day-to-day living experience and lack of accountability from management don’t measure up.

  I used to live at Dartmoor Place, and I have always loved the building—it is very cozy. Since I am no longer a resident, I accidentally had a package delivered to my old address. I called the leasing office, and Natalia answered the phone. I explained my situation, letting her know that I was a past resident and a package was being delivered to the wrong address that day. She assured me that she would contact me once the carrier arrived, and that’s exactly what she did. Thanks to her help, I was able to receive my package without any issues. The customer service was truly exceptional.

  Lived here for over 1 year now and no complaints! The apartment community is well-maintained, with staff who are professional and quick to resolve any issues. Sam, Cesar and Adrian are always checking to make sure my home is good and if I need any maintenance services. Chantelle and Adam are amazing property managers who go above and beyond to address any concerns and correct any issues. They are all very friendly, approachable and provide great customer service/solutions to any issue. This location offers easy access to the highway while still being a quiet and peaceful place to live. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable community 10/10 especially if you have school aged children.
