- MPMonika PittsDec 26, 20251.0I have had the worst experience living here after I renewed my lease. The staff is lazy. They fix what they want to fix and do it when they feel it’s needed. It’s 35 degrees outside and they keep bringing me small heaters. I call down to the office and know one picked up so I went down stairs and Chantelle the leasing agent is sitting at the desk on her cell phone while the person working in maintenance is sitting in front of her on the cell phone as well after being told that I would have someone come up and check to see if the 4th thermostat they replaced was working properly and they never showed up( FYI) it still is not working properly . If I did not go in the office and say something they would have never followed up on the 4th thermostat that have switched. It’s winter and they don’t think it’s an emergency. It cold out and know one who is paying rent should be treated like this. I was told someone would come out on Monday it’s Friday! Just to update you guys the place still doesn’t have proper heating! They send the people just tell you that it was checked. He did absolutely nothing but turn my heat up to 86 degrees just to confirm the heat is working and turning on. So I have to turn my heat up to the high 70s and 80s for it to work. When I told them that the heat is blowing out cold air I was told it was normal and he would have to come back out in the summer to check it. I believe they know it doesn’t work effectively and don’t want to send good help because they keep sending me kids to do real work. If you have to look at your phone to change things on a thermostat you don’t know your job and keeps saying I’m just here to check. It the winter time and management doesn’t care. Why should I have to keep calling you. I’m the customer you should provide a place for us to feel safe and comfortable.
- DLDanby LesterDec 23, 20251.0ONE STAR – DO NOT MOVE HERE This place is a disaster due to incompetent management and zero accountability. False fire alarms go off constantly. Just last week they went off TWICE IN ONE NIGHT, both false, forcing residents evacuate into the freezing weather for no reason. Management's responses to reviews are purely PERFORMATIVE. They post a phone number to “discuss concerns,” but no one ever answers calls, nor do they call back. Maintenance is useless. Some residents don’t walk their dogs in a timely manner, so dogs urinate all over the hallways, causing the entire place to stink. One instance over 4th of July weekend this year, someone’s dog urinated in the main front elevator and the owner threw paper towels on top of the urine in an attempt to cover it—yet yellow urine was clearly seeping through, and the elevator and hallways reeked from FRIDAY TO SUNDAY. This is a constant issue, and nothing is done about it. As a pet owner and I walk my dog several times a day an follow the rules. The Valet Trash service IS horrible...they litter the hallways but management only cares about collecting trash fees instead of enforcing basic cleanliness we pay for or enforcing pet rules. I cannot wait for my lease to end. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

- TGthe goatDec 12, 20251.0currently live here and silver fish keep coming from the vents i believe and we moved from the fifth floor to the fourth floor and i keep seeing dead silverfish on the ceiling stuck or they are either alive and moving really fast and it scares me so bad i dont even sleep in my room anymore because of how bad i have a bug phobia. and the fire alarms on a daily have given me multiple panic attacks im very unhappy and im scared to live here

The surrounding area is extremely nice and there is a coffee shop just a short walk away! Move-in was super easy, and the leasing office is always a call/visit away if you need anything!
