  So far so good. Office (the lady who I've met with) is very friendly, and helpful. I haven't moved in yet. But seems nice to me. Again, t the staff was very friendly. Can't be wait to move

  Strung my application along for 2 years. When I finally decide to put the pressure on the management about the status of my application, I was told I made too much because it is HUD housing apartments. When I originally applied I wasn’t making nearly as much. Crooked leasing and maintenance team! all of the residents in the complex thinks so! Get an entire new staff. They’re also only 1 untrained maintenance man for the entire complex

  This place is not worth losing your sanity!!! They will play games with you like you don't matter! You either have cold water or NO WATER! They don't regularly maintain anything, you have to tell them to change your filter's, they do the very bare minimum! They put letter's on your door for thing's they call you about but won't put letter's on your door letting you know you won't have water! They obviously aren't doing their job well because they put a 60 day notice to vacate on my door stating i didn't do my recert but i had the paperwork to prove it and even went in on a Saturday to do so to accommodate them not me on a Saturday! It takes everything in you not to zap out and do things right but it's HARD! They will tell you to get proof on your complaints about other tenants when that's not your job! Once you complain it's there job to look into it! It's no peace and quiet here!! Feels like the twilight zone!! I hate it now, when i first moved here in 2019 it was way better, it's driving me crazy living here!!
