- TBTimmy Stevens Sr. (Tim Buck)May 20, 20231.0These homes were built so fast when they put in the foundations they did not allow the mortar to set or dry completely b4 they back filled the dirt around the foundation and it has caused issues with the house not being level or square and it's causing some cracking in blocks and walls not very well built then they put a heavy price tag on the homes make a fortune off the working class americans.

Since the Sales Office is by appointment only, my real estate agent tried to set up an appointment for me, unsuccessfully, for two days. We drove to the community anyway, and no activity, not even the construction superintendent trailer was occupied and no construction staff about.
