  the buildings are way too small I don't like the mice there's no balconies on the second floor in I barely enjoy it but the only thing that I get outside is riding my scooter because there's no literally no balconies I see roches sometimes but I always find a way to make spacebut I don't know where to put the Christmas tree I have to move off type of furniture or something just to put the Christmas tree

  The apartment are okay but rent for this place is ridiculous, my sister works so hard for a one bedroom apartment it's crazy.

  If I could give place a negative star I would. The house is old and the hall way always smell of weed every single day. There is roaches and rat in the units. They send letter out every two weeks to have the extermination done and if you don’t clear out your cabinets every two weeks then you will get an eviction notice for that. Imagine cleaning out your cabinets every two weeks and putting it back just to take them out in another two weeks. The filter storage is in the resident room and they enter the bedrooms with shoes on. They keep repainting the whole unit everytime someone news wants to come in and it’s peeling in the room. It looks like everytime someone news wants to move in the unit they apply for is never ready and they just keep putting you where ever they like. All they care about is the money. The increased the rent saying they are spending more on the parameters but I don’t see any changes.

  Poor service, if you put a service request in maintenance takes forever to come fix the problem and the worst part they don’t even fix anything.

  Fairly Good apartment at a competing price. Convenient access to town.
