  The apartment are okay but rent for this place is ridiculous, my sister works so hard for a one bedroom apartment it's crazy.

  If I could give place a negative star I would. The house is old and the hall way always smell of weed every single day. There is roaches and rat in the units. They send letter out every two weeks to have the extermination done and if you don’t clear out your cabinets every two weeks then you will get an eviction notice for that. Imagine cleaning out your cabinets every two weeks and putting it back just to take them out in another two weeks. The filter storage is in the resident room and they enter the bedrooms with shoes on. They keep repainting the whole unit everytime someone news wants to come in and it’s peeling in the room. It looks like everytime someone news wants to move in the unit they apply for is never ready and they just keep putting you where ever they like. All they care about is the money. The increased the rent saying they are spending more on the parameters but I don’t see any changes.

  My AC unit stopped working after normal business hours and they (Sharmiee) refused to send anyone to fix it, because I was not listed as a medical unit listed apartment; meaning if I didn't have a medical condition they dont care to send someone to fix the issue, even though the temperature in the apartment went up to 83 degrees! Absolutely unbelievable!! Even though prior when it had broken down past hours they did send someone, so something has changed recently and it most certainly is not in thinking of their tenants who are paying their rent. Imagine if you had a baby or an elderly person! They'd get severely dehydrated in this July summer. A normal person would be suffering and I already have a splitting headache. Absolutely shameful for an apartment complex to operate this way, jeopardizing the well being of their tenants health, even though they make sure to collect the rent the furst of every month! I even asked, pleaded with them to send someone or to talk to a supervisor/manager and they refused, citing "policy". Corporate should be ashamed to operate an apartment complex with such policies! Dont stay here because if you have any issues after hours, you're screwed!!

  Poor service, if you put a service request in maintenance takes forever to come fix the problem and the worst part they don’t even fix anything.

  Just moved in, second day in I find cockroaches under the fridge tried to get a hold of the apartments exterminator line. No one answered the phone had to cough up $400 for a different exterminator to come out and spray the whole apartment down
