Nestled on beautiful Lake Marley, residents enjoy unlimited canoeing, more than seven scenic walking trails, two community boathouses, a flourishing garden, pickleball courts, and so much more. The home-buying process here was outstanding. The Sales Representatives, Home Coordinators, Project Managers, Loan Managers, and Processors all delivered top-notch service. A special shout-out to Angela Alexander, who has been absolutely phenomenal—her clear communication, follow-through, and genuine care made the entire journey seamless. Weekly construction updates from Mike, the Project Manager, were exciting and informative—I could hardly wait to move in and loved learning about each step of the build. Every update was timely, and any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. I’m beyond thrilled to have found my dream home here and have been “over the rainbow” ever since. 🌅🏡
