  Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 10) Living here has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when it comes to maintenance. Getting anything fixed is nearly impossible. If you’re thinking about moving in, the rent might seem reasonable at first—but don’t count on timely or reliable maintenance support. Good luck getting anything repaired. One of the most unpleasant parts about living here is simply walking into the building. The stairwell carpets have been here for years and smell absolutely awful—like mildew, pet urine, and worse. Despite rent going up every year, those disgusting carpets remain untouched. On top of that, many of the windows and the sliding glass door don’t close properly, which is a safety and insulation issue. And, unsurprisingly, those have never been fixed either. This place might look okay from the outside, but living here tells a very different story. I give it a 2 out of 10.

  (Update) ms.Whitney saved the day and saved alot of people from getting cussed out. Not only did she return my call and asked what the situation was she had someone out immediately. If you need anything done don’t call the corporate number call the office. Lesson learned. Because of her my review will go from one star to three. She deserves a raise. So a/c unit goes out in a heat wave …I have a one year old with asthma…I call the emergency maintenance line and the operator tells me because I don’t have my child registered with the medical condition. (first time I ever heard of this)I can’t get service till Monday..it’s a Friday so you mean to tell me I have to I have to deal with an emergency heat advisory with a one year old that has asthma. Y’all dropped the ball real big this time.

  Once again they were 2 days later to fix my problem very disappointed. Never came to fix my problem while I was there terrible

  Service was professional, got to my unit in a timely manner. Fixed the problem. No issues.
