I originally applied to Hidden woods but they do not have balconies so when I called and Dashawn(I hope I spelled correctly) answered he was able to get everything transferred so that I could get a balcony. Then on move in day Whitney was awesome, fast, very knowledgeable and thorough. She was working by herself that day, she didn't rush me and explained everything making sure I had a full understanding. I would definitely recommend Mountain Ridge.
- JPJarrett PannutyMay 21, 20233.0Been staying here for a month now and the leasing office never answers there phone and close when they want to close and I have to send emails to get ahold of them lots of maintenance was needed when I moved in that they promised would be completed before I moved in - overall my biggest complaint is the leasing office but to be fair only one lady working and she’s very nice it’s the company not her I assume but great place very nice and worth the rent
