  If you ever wanted to piss in a cup because a spider like bug somehow a little bigger than a new born mouse is in your bathroom, this is the space to do it. If you want a salamander or lizard DO NOT waste your money BUYING one. One will be in your room. For free. All's ya gotta do is catch it. If you like pests this is the place for you.

  I would not tell anyone I know to live there it has mold in most units, and mice run wild. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend

  Please be aware, the office dont care about ac orders, my bge bill went over $300 for a single person living with her dog, OVER $300 for the last 3 months, they take forever to come because if its not a medical reason on your lease is not a priority, and when they come they will tell your ac is working fine, even though you explained there is no way you are using of $300 worth of energy specially with no laundry inside the apartment and is just ONE person living in it. I have pictures and videos of my apartment at 91 degrees at 10:30 pm, but again, when they come they will tell you “its working fine because I set it up to 66 degrees and my machine is reading its blowing at 66 degrees”. Im not expert and still know that not how acs work, it should be at least 10 degrees lower, I let living next to drug dealers slide, being followed by a man because the building door wasn’t locking and when I complained to the office they dismissed me by saying I wasn’t closing the door properly and I was the one making a mistake and when I explained the people having guns and people over they said they couldn’t do anything and just to call the cops if i didn’t feel safe but my last straw was when they told me they were coming to fix my ac for the 4th time and I called to explain and asked if they were coming because I wasn’t trying to leave my dog in a 98 degree apartment and the property manager says for sure they are coming and they never came! And then you have the rude lady that answers the phone cutting you off after you tried to asked to speak with the property manager and she refuses to transfer the call, give a phone number or even a email to contact the person. I guess if you are trying to save money and you really living the yolo life and dont care and have unlimited fundings, this is it pay over $1500 in electricity in summer time and have unprofessional/rude staff that will only be nice to you when they want you to sign the lease btw apt temp is at 79 and its 12am, run!

  Do not move here, the maintenance service is awful. My ac isn't working, and they still haven't fixed the issue. They stall on completing work orders.

  the maintenance department is horrible they always lying about they have come to your apartment an never shows up,, I am stull waiting on them to come regarding the mouse holes. Its Saturday and i put the call in on tuesday
