  I would not recommend this property and strongly encourage prospective tenants to conduct thorough research before considering it. There have been documented concerns regarding management practices, including reporting issues related to communication, eviction filings, and fee assessments. Public reporting has highlighted challenges within the local eviction system in Anne Arundel County, including concerns about how certain properties handle failure-to-pay rent filings and payment plan situations. I encourage anyone considering this property to review independent news coverage and court records to make an informed decision. In my personal experience, communication has been extremely difficult. There is no on-site rental office available for direct assistance, and reaching management for timely resolution of issues has been challenging. Maintenance requests were not handled to my satisfaction, and when I inquired about replacing carpet after several years of tenancy, my lease renewal offer was rescinded shortly afterward. I also advise renters to regularly check their civil case records. Even when payment arrangements are in place, filings may still occur, which can create long-term consequences for tenants. Given that Anne Arundel County already has a highly competitive rental market and well-documented eviction concerns, these practices can significantly impact residents. As a veteran, I found the overall experience particularly discouraging. My interactions left me feeling that tenant concerns were not prioritized. There are also publicly available reports discussing allegations ranging from improper fee collection to broader management concerns. Prospective renters should review those materials carefully. For additional context, I recommend reading investigative reporting by The Baltimore Banner regarding eviction practices in the county before making a housing decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

  Had to deal with roaches the entire time we lived here, and crickets outside of our window that made it impossible to fall asleep at night. No amount of calls to resident services made them stop. Walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in both upstairs and adjacent apartments, including a couple yelling at each other every day next door, and kids running back and forth upstairs all day every day, all night every night. Again, no amount of calls to resident services had any impact, not even a notice posted on doors to minimize noise. Our two-bedroom had a bathroom that was too small even for a studio, and all the walls were painted with the "landlord special", with paint on appliances, switches, outlets, etc. The hallway smelled like an aquarium for the entire time we were there. Residents would leave dog waste everywhere despite postings to pick up after pets and bins for waste around the properties. It's like the landlords here just collect checks and only freshen up units when someone moves out, and completely neglect the properties otherwise. Stay away.

  Got denied over a silly rule rent paid on time work in law enforcement make 3 times the asking price but I guess rules are rules

  Roaches, mold in the cabinets, bad water leaks, and poor management. I went as far as to buy myself out of my contract because it's so bad here. Not worth at all what they are charging. Stay clear.

  these apartments are aweful, personally that much rent and you get black mold, roaches god knows what else! please people dont rent there, they will screw you over, not to mention office management needs some major overhaul, communication is aweful, I have 30yrs management and can do a better job, take my word dont rent there, you are paying way to much for what you get!
