  Thank you Keisha for making my stay at the Elms Germantown the best experience! She is the most kind, helpful and treats everybody equal since I know her day one (the day we went to the office looking for apartment to rent). Thank you for your effort and trying your best for the best service. Thank you all the staff for being helpful. God bless you all!

  I am a new resident. The admin staff was great. They clearly explained how to access the amenities, how things work, and made sure I was welcomed. The maintenance team responded quickly and professionally to my short list of requests and the apartment was perfect in no time. I have met several neighbors already and everyone is friendly. I expect to be very happy in my new home.

  My partner and I applied for an apartment at The Elms and provided every document and qualification they requested. Despite meeting all stated requirements, our application was denied after a two-week wait with no clear explanation. We repeatedly asked for the specific reason but received only vague responses. This lack of transparency and communication caused us significant stress and frustration. Apartment communities should treat prospective residents fairly and provide clear, written reasons when declining an application. Our experience did not reflect the professionalism we expected.
