  I've really enjoyed living at this property. The property management is friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions and concerns. Brandon was especially helpful in getting me an apartment with a quick turnaround time. The application process was smooth and he took the time to walk me through everything before move in. He went above and beyond to help me find a place for my needs.The property is very beautiful and clean and there are a lot of amenities available. The location is also a plus too since it's close to Clarksburg Premium Outlets and a few miles North of Rio.

  I have lived at The Elms for going on 5 years now. The office staff are very helpful and professional, the maintenance team is awesome, professional and I've never had to wait long when I put in a maintenance request, they are very hard working guys, I truly appreciate them.

She is the most kind, helpful and treats everybody equal since I know her day one (the day we went to the office looking for apartment to rent).
