  It was great to tour with Angel! Though the apartment I was interested in wasn't available to tour that day, I was still able to get a good sense of the feel of the apartment complex. Angel was quite knowledgeable and answered my many questions!

  Heidi is SO awesome! I give her customer service 5 stars. She reached out to me immediately about my experience with one of her colleagues. Heidi is a great listener, very knowledgeable, hardworking and she made sure to stay in contact through every step of the way. If you are interested in this place, I recommend consulting with her.

  This is the first community I’ve lived in that I truly didn’t want to leave. We only decided to move because it will make our commute to work more convenient. The apartments here are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful renovations. I especially love the wall colors and the lighting. The community is always clean, smells nice, and the area around it is beautiful. I can also mention that the apartments are warm. They are rented out clean and in good condition. In the winter, the hallways are always warm. There are free charging stations for electric cars, which is very convenient and has helped us many times. I especially want to highlight the leasing office team. They are incredible!!!! always kind, responsive, and quick to help. We had a couple of situations when our refrigerator and dishwasher stopped working, and both were replaced very quickly. Maintenance requests were handled fast, although we didn’t have many issues since everything generally worked well. This is also a very dog-friendly community, which we really appreciated. There is also a dog park. The only negative experience we had was that our motorcycle was stolen from the parking area. However, that same month there were many motorcycle thefts across Maryland and Virginia in different communities and neighborhoods, so it didn’t feel like it was specifically related to this community. But it would be nice if there were more cameras with good quality. Overall, we had a very positive experience living here.

  Who do we call on Sunday for residents that do not unplug their cars? I am surprised at these fellow tesla drivers they sit on the charger well over 24 hours and nothings done. I get notifications when my car is done charging what is their problem? Management has to start taking away charging privileges. There is a black Tesla he was on first charger when entering garage on the right first half of the day then he moved to the one behind the gate he was done charging in the early afternoon it’s now Monday morning he is still plugged up. Sticker number 011 he refuses to get off the charger, he never moves his car. There is another Tesla that does this I don’t have the sticker number also black or grey this is very inconsiderate to other residents that will like to charge. I am leaving this review here because this has to stop.

  UPDATE: you don’t answer the phone so stop with the passive aggressive mess also according to other ev users you and your staff were told of both drivers and NOTHING was done. It is simple you have the sticker numbers reach out to the drivers and ask them to unplug after 4 hours. The problem is the office. You said you were putting up signs there is only one sign and it’s above one charger. I will keep updating until this is resolved. What is the point of telling us to complain to management with these inconsiderate driver’s sticker numbers if you don’t plan on doing anything about it?? If you have a Tesla like I do or any electric vehicle and are looking for a property that enforces rules and regulations when it comes to a EV charger as an amenity this isn’t the property for you. It does not matter how beautiful a property is if the people running it are incompetent it’s not going to be a good experience. Dave Reiber is the man over the office manager and he needs to have a direct contact because the manager in office currently is incompetent. There are some people that respect that we only have three chargers for a property filled with electric vehicles and they follow the rules then there are always one or two spoiled apples. I will air it out here management is doing nothing about this white tesla and black Tesla. The white Tesla plugs up every day at 6 something and stays on until next day, the black Tesla same thing. When are people going to lose privileges for not following simple rules. I moved here because of changing amenities but what’s the point if you can’t use them. If the rules are 4 hours ENFORCE IT MANAGER ENOUGH WITH THE EXCUSES. Why is this so hard? The gate is broken, random people parking in the garage, doors broken, hoodlums from across the street roaming the hallways and then you have management that sit around talking about residents I witnessed this myself. I am calling on corporate to do better, step in because this is ridiculous. A good few of the residents are tired, the one star reviews are real people and residents listen to them. Management will not give you the number to the over head its a google search away just call and leave a message or send an email directly to Dave Reiber.
