  Noisy neighbors think these homes are CHUCK E CHEESE places and, amusement parks and playgrounds for their kids jumping, screaming, and banging up against your walls. It's sad. You pay more, but somehow these types of neighbors still exist and basically ruin your stay. You move to get away from neighbors like this and they still end up living next to you. Maybe I'll consider moving again. I really have to find somewhere to escape these types of neighbors. It's not worth reporting or anything...these types of neighbors just do it and do it and ruin people's stay. I'll start looking for a new spot today.

  Very nice apartments. They are very clean and well prepared for the next resident to live and move into. The service is amazing the 2 ladies in the office are amazing. They are very nice, welcoming and they showed me and my father so much hospitality. They also work very quickly. I finished a tour and got accepted into the residence all within 3 hours. I highly recommend

  Great apartment and great prices. The leasing team is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is wonderful they are efficient and fast. They stay on top of pest control frequently and if requested they will send them out for any additional concerns. Lived here from early 2023 to 2026 and loved it.

  SILVERFISH BUGS! LONG LEG SPIDERS! ROACH OUTBREAK! RUDE LEASING OFFICE! i lived here from nov 2021 up until march of 2025 and i’m just now writing my review because i found out the leasing office tried to sue me for not paying rent when i submitted it on the last available date. there was a roach outbreak for months in my building and i wasn’t notified until i moved out. i dealt with an insane amount of silverfish bugs and daddy long leg spiders the entire time i lived here and pest control came into the apt, sprayed twice and left, accomplishing nothing. my roommate’s car got randomly towed even with a paid parking sticker, leasing office didn’t care and didn’t refund her $400. her car also got broken into while she lived here. walls are paper thin with nosey neighbors who knew me by name but i had no idea who they were (i think he was stalking me). leasing office, ERICA ESPECIALLY, has a horrible attitude. during my last year, many random “inspection” visits by maintenance even when i wasn’t home. once when i wasn’t home, they came and left, leaving my door unlocked. packages get stolen from the mailroom and the cameras are not functional. package placed in the wrong locker and you can’t get it? too bad. leasing office won’t help. these are all just problems i remember from the trauma of living here but i’m sure there are more instances. i had the worst acne of my life living here and once i left my skin cleared up. only positive of this place is that maintenance is responsive, but the whatever they “fix” only lasts temporarily, you’ll be calling them again in a few weeks. DON’T MOVE HERE. OVERPRICED SLOP!

  During our time here: Leasing office staff rating 1/5: close to 0% response rate. lacked accountability. lacked accurate’ efficient communication. not trustworthy this won’t change. Illogical or hostile, blameful when interacting with residents. (Issues mainly with Ashley & Erica). and with very minor issues with Shirley (my apologies with name, might be Cherri). Maintenance 4/5: highly responsive, efficient, effective, nice. attentive, but 3-5 times our requests to please inform us prior to entering our unit and only be there in our unit to fix things when we are present was NEVER RESPECTED or FOLLOWED. Apartment complex & surroundings: 5/5: Mostly clean, peaceful, and safe. Seldom had issues. Practical location.
