- CTChristopher TaboraOct 10, 20241.0Desde hace 4 meses le estamos solicitando primero a Beatriz Beltran y luego a Luis el administrador que mande a pintar la bañera que esta toda pelada y se acumula el agua. También que mande a reparar el dishwasher porque no lava y a veces se enciende solo. Eso es lo malo, que no atienden las solicitudes de reparacion, de adorno tienen a los de mantenimiento. Segun reza el contrato, "toda reparacion que nesecite la unidad será reparada o reemplazada por el dueño". Espero que el dueño de Chelsea Park vea este mensaje y atienda mi solicitud.
