  We just moved into Barkley and the experience has been great so far. Our move-in process was smooth, and our unit is very nice, updated, and exactly what we were hoping for. Maintenance was incredibly responsive and fixed a few small things the same day we moved in, which we really appreciated. Although there was a delay in our application process due to a change in management, Yohana was absolutely amazing. She stayed in constant communication with my partner and me, kept us informed about any changes, and provided realistic time estimates, which made the process much less stressful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience at Barkley. We love how clean and modern the gym is, as well as the clubhouse and package room. We’re very happy to call this place home!

  Visited the property, it is well kept and the staff are friendly. Nearby locations hardly even get their leaves cleared out.

  I recently visited 17 Barkley while searching for a new home, and I have to say the property is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the property manager, Maria. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. She took her time explaining the details of the property, the amenities, and everything the community has to offer. She made the entire experience personal and meaningful because she understood that I am looking for a new place to call home. Maria went above and beyond she communicated clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, returned my phone call promptly, and made sure I had all the information about available incentives. She also followed up just to make sure everything went well and to confirm that I still felt confident and interested in the property. Her hospitality and professionalism were outstanding. Having someone like Maria represent this community truly speaks volumes. Because of her, I not only feel excited about moving to Montgomery County, but I actually look forward to returning in a few days to fill out my application. I will refer anyone to Maria who is looking for a place in this area. She was excellent, and I appreciate all she did to make me feel welcome. Thank you, Maria you truly did your thing!

  I've recently moved into 17 Barkley, and I've been very pleased so far. The building is clean and appears well maintained. All common areas are in good condition and everything is working (package room, gym). While our unit isn't new, it appears well maintained. Maintenance has addressed our very few issues extremely promptly. The move in process well very well. I want to shout out to Yohana Seghit. She was so helpful, answering all our questions and walking us through the needed documentation during the application process, making moving a smooth process. She has an amazing poise and exudes calm, so even while you're inevitably stressed during a move, she puts you at ease. So far so good!

  Staff (Especially Yohana) are SO lovely, maintenance has been quick. The main issue is that staff are almost impossible to reach by call. We can call at multiple times over the day, multiple times in a row over multiple days and never receive an answer or call back. Building could definitely use another staff member to swap out with the existing lovely staff when they go on break since the breaks are at very inconsistent times
