I can hear every single footstep my upstairs neighbor makes as if she were living in a poorly insulated attic. If they wake up to use the bathroom at night then you can expect to also be waking up. You can also forget about taking naps at all throughout the day. I specifically chose this place as it was a newer apartment and one would expect better soundproofing. That sadly was not the case. Aside from that, everything else is fine but the noise makes living here comfortably an impossible task.
