  Would never recommend this property or any other that has Frontier Management. I was harassed constantly by the property manager. She also entered my apartment unannounced. Don't move here there are rats and roaches too. I wish I could give no stars.

  If I could I’d give this place a negative 1. This was the first place I moved into in this state. This place has roaches, mice, fleas, and bugs I have never seen before. Holes in the walls, and you can hear what sounds like mice in the walls. There cover them up with some type of foam spray, but they eat through it. There’s leakage from over head. Very high water bills as you have to split the cost between the people in the building. They are a shady company. The new manger Shellie is racist and talks down to you. She will place a notice for court if you don’t pay rent by the first week of the month. She lies about any and everything. She makes up rules for the apartments and adds random fees.she tried to charge all the buildings 75.00 for leaving building door open. 75.00 is the magic number for anything. She said her boss Brian nows exactly what she’s doing. There’s bugs in the walls as well. These apartments need to be torn down they are infested with rodents, and bugs. There are cracks everywhere and they try to cover them. They cover mold to. Mold build up is everywhere. The rent is 1800.00 for a three bedroom. Way to high for these run down apartments. The owner is a slum landlord. Someone should call landlord and tenant association on this place. Shellie needs to retire. She forgets everything she says to you. DONT DO IT!!! I REPEAT DONT DO IT!!!!

  I personally wouldn't want to live there. Its bad enough trying tho find visitor parking because there aren't enough spaces for visitors. There are only 2 handicapped parking spaces, that I found, in the whole complex.
