  It took 2 days to fix. The disposal is very old as is the dishwasher that doesn't clean my dishes very well. But for now the garage disposal is emptying the water. I will know by Sunday if I don't have anymore back wash and I will use the dishwasher to see how it goes.

  I've been living at 17 Barkley for 3 years. It used to be good but even though they keep changing the management. But the recent management's customer service is horrible. I heard from other residents the same thing.

  The maintenance team did a great job in my apartment. The issue was fixed quickly and the staff were professional and respectful. I appreciate the prompt response and the quality of the work done. Thank you for the excellent service.

  I’ve visited and called the leasing office several times while residing at 17 Barkley, I’ve mainly interacted with Yohana, and she has always been patient, professional and kind. It has truly made my experience living at 17 Barkley a lot more enjoyable and peaceful. Thank you Yohana and team.

  It was my first time today having the honor to be assisted by the property manager Maria. My husband and I had questions and concerns regarding submitting our rent, and Maria was so professional, knowledgeable and kind with going over our concerns step by step. We felt very welcomed and will for sure tell our friends and family about 17 Barkley!! Maria is a true asset to the community.
