  Trust me: You want to work with Jen! I do not even know where to start with how wonderful it was being represented by Jen Schaub. Bottom line, up front: I cannot recommend her enough and suggest you stop your search here and call her. We were first-time homebuyers looking to buy in a new city. We started visiting open houses to get an idea of what was out there and to see what neighborhoods we liked when we met Jen. We enjoyed our chat with her and told her we were just beginning to explore the idea of buying. Regardless, Jen offered to show us around anytime we wanted with absolutely no obligation or pressure. When we could find a free weekend to make the drive, Jen would happily show us homes on our wishlist and made suggestions for ones she thought we would like to see. She educated us on the neighborhoods and amenities and answered all of our questions. Again, she did all of this never once pressuring us to speed up our buying process or throw in a hasty offer. This continued for MONTHS with nothing but patience and kindness from her. When the time finally came to start offering, we had our heart set on one neighborhood that we absolutely did not think we could afford to get into. Jen found us an amazing opportunity to get into the neighborhood and was determined to help us win! Ultimately, after significant back and forth with the sellers, our offer was accepted at an absolutely amazing price - all thanks to Jen's tireless efforts. I cannot recommend working with her enough. She was patient, communicative, honest, and absolutely relentless in representing us to the best of her abilities. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and happy to speak with us anytime to help calm our anxieties and understand the intricacies of home-buying. We're now 3 months in our home and she still is more than happy to offer advice on homeownership and answer any of my constant, silly questions anytime they come up. You will not regret working with her!!!

  Excellent Service! Jen was terrific to work with! She kept us posted on new listings in the neighborhood and the lines of communication were always open—She got back to us quickly and was always available to talk 24/7. She was the perfect realtor for us because she was very familiar with our neighborhood (Hillsmere Shores) and knew every street which was really helpful in being able to find the right house. She was genuinely interested in helping us find the right home and I feel that she gave us great advice. She really helped us weigh the pros and cons of each house that we looked at. She’s also super friendly, very easy to work with and genuinely, just a really nice person! Also, both before and after our purchase, she has been really helpful in providing recommendations on who to use for various home projects like landscaping, handyman work, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Jen Schaub!

  I worked with Jen Schuab for the better part of year to find a house that worked for me. During the process, Jen never lost patience and helped me to find a house that was the best fit for me. Calls and texts were returned promptly, and we almost always were able to tour a listing the same day or within 24 hours. Jen's knowledge of real estate in general and the local market is second to none. Long story short, if you appreciate great customer service and a responsive and responsible agent, give Jen a call. You won't be disappointed.

  I can't say enough about the top notch service we received from Jennifer and her team, during our new home purchase and then the sale of my old house. Her knowledge of the industry has contributed to my happiness, mentally and financially. I highly recommend her and will definitely call upon her for any future real estate ventures.

  I felt like I hit the jackpot when Zillow hooked me up with Jen. Her knowledge of the real estate market was top notch. On our initial meeting, I explained to Jen what my needs were and type of home I was looking for. She immediately zeroed in and only showed me homes that met my criteria. Besides her professional knowledge, she has a very warm and inviting personality that made me so comfortable in my dealings with her. After a short period of time, she found me my perfect hone that my family and I already have started making fond memories in.
